Arrabona EGTC

"One of downtown Győr’s most beautiful buildings, the Esterházy Palace has been home to the renowned Radnai Collection since November 3, 1997. Upon the decision of the city’s leadership, the complete reconstruction of the building in faithful 18th-century style was carried out in 1996–1997 based on the works of architect designer Miklós Foltányi and Dr. Gábor Winkler, an expert of monuments and artifact architecture. At the northwestern corner of Széchenyi Square, a block of buildings rises high at the city’s most mysterious point, along the warpath. leading to the Arrabona Castle. The uniform style of this building was defined by the 18th-century construction carried out by the Esterhazy family. "
