A millennial memorial that can be found between the cemetery and the office of the local government.

It can be found on the south side of the cemetery next to the entry road, 15 m right of the main entrance.

Béla Varga was born in 1903 in Börcs. After the Second World War broke out, upon the request of Prime Minister Pál Teleki he took to dealing with the issue of the Polish refugees. He assisted the polish refugees in emigrating to countries west of Hungary. Varga organized the Polish High School in Balatonboglár. During the war, he took part in the national independence and resistance movement. Béla Varga was an internationally respected figure. He was given honorary Polish citizenship and General De Gaulle, president of France awarded him the National Order of Merit. Varga died on October 13, 1995, he was 92 years old.
